Fashioning one or more exterior living areas has been enjoyed by growing numbers in recent years. Versatile outdoor areas can be used for dining and relaxing with family members, as well as entertaining guests within the peaceful confines of home.
Native plants are adapted to local conditions and are easier to grow and maintain. This low-maintenance approach means savings, in both time and money. Once established, native plants better withstand variations in local climate such as droughts and freezes.
Water gardens can include fountains, waterfalls, small ponds and elaborate combinations of rockwork and lighting. Basically, a water garden is just a pool of water that is home to plants and possibly fish and other water creatures.
